So i received this email from the housing company after i submitted my notice two weeks ago. First the told me by written mail that there will be a preliminary inspection first. And then a termin to give the keys . I’m only available in Germany in january and do not speak german properly which they picked up on when i tried to call them to set up a meeting. and Now they are saying they can not do the inspection in the same month? That seems fishy to me and makes me wonder if they will scam me and take my deposit . Also is it normal procedure the list that they put there? Anyone has experience with similiar situations?
