RTL will air the Junior Eurovision Song Contest for a second year, having aired the contest for the first time in 2024.

The Head of Press for Luxembourg has confirmed to ESC Spot that RTL will once again air the Junior Eurovision Song Contest. This will be the second time that the competition will be broadcast by the Luxembourgish public broadcaster.

RTL Zwee broadcast the final of Junior Eurovision 2024 live from Madrid. Commentary was provided by Raoul Roos and Eric Lehmann. Raoul Roos one of the Luxembourgish commentators for Eurovision 2024 and 2025.

RTL was one of three non-participating broadcasters to air the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2024 alongside HRT of Croatia and LRT of Lithuania.

Junior Eurovision 2025 will be held on December 13 at 17:00 CET at the Olympic Palace in Tbilisi, after Andria Putkaradze gave Georgia their record-breaking fourth victory with “To My Mom”. The show will be broadcast on a Saturday for the second year in a row.
