Does anyone seriously support this nonsense? Or are people just completely pigheaded?

I give up.

  1. I was about to ask ‘why half mast’ like I’d missed something in the news or they’re trying to make some point about Israel being in jeopardy and then I remembered the sort of fuckwits that put these up and realised they probably just brought along a step ladder rather than a proper one and that’s as high up as they could go.

  2. The Union is safe for another day. The Union with…um…Israel.

  3. Flags at half mast. They are in mourning over their lack of intelligence.

  4. This is bloodthirsty depravity.

Supporting mass murder, theft, detention without trial, torture, occupation, systemic rape, genocide and an ongoing illegal occupation of more than half a century, with a campaign of ethnic cleansing …all to own themmuns.

Always remember: the people who put these flags up and Unionist-Loyalist reps of all sorts really _don’t_ speak for everyone they say they represent.

Decent folk of all stripes are increasingly appalled, the more they learn.

  5. I feel like this is loyalist rage bait now. Surely they couldn’t be such turbo spastics as to have real support for the Zionists.

  6. Anti-migrant – explained by way of ‘wanting to protect children…’

Pro-Israel – the nation that gifted us Jeffrey Epstein and his global, industrial-scale, child-trafficking and paedophile-ring kompromat-machine…

A nation also that utilises rape as a weapon of war and is currently fighting to jail an Israeli lawyer for whistleblowing on this issue. That while simultaneously parading the rapists as national heroes.

  7. Serious question… would a family of Israelis be welcome in Ballymena?

  8. They’re supporting a place that wouldn’t piss on them if they were on fire and a place that if its people came here, they’d burn out.

  9. Ballykeel. My granny’s sister married someone from here and he got shot cause she was a catholic. Lovely place and people!

  10. Seen some shit online about they have a shit ton and will fly them all directions in a pure response to the Palestine flag flying at city hall. Usual tit for tat by twats bullshit

  11. I see the resident flegger accounts are commenting nearly word for word the same things. Almost as if they have multiple accounts and have received their daily loyalist hasbara.

  12. Britain and ulster first but Israel is firstest

  13. Any super Loyalists I’ve ever known have hated Jews, but they worship Israel, and they fly Nazi and Confederate flags, how does this make any sense?

  14. Can we all collectively agree to put all loyalists in Ballymena? The rest of NI would be so lovely

  15. Driving past taking photos of flags because they upset you then post it on here so all your wee mates can have your back.

Get a life ffs and give over.

There’s all sorts of flags that fly throughout Northern Ireland that people don’t like. We’ll just post them all in here will we?

  16. Only takes a handful to put them up. Hundreds will refuse to touch them out of fear. Ergo, implied mass support when, in reality, it’s the mouth of the minority that are speaking for the masses

  17. Lampposts shouldn’t have any flags on them. One of the stains on N. Ireland imo

  18. Abandoned by uk and so utterly desperate to be loved by someone else how tragic imagine having to throw your lot in with fucking isreal dam knuckle draggers

  19. Why are the flags half mast? What happened?
Or can the wee poor DLA addicts not afford a ladder?

  20. I can imagine being a Combat-18 loving loyalist is hard, because it’d be hard when you love ethno-nationalist states but are still antisemitic. Surely it hurts the brain?

  21. Markethill has the international holy trinity; union fleg, Israel flag and the latest addition being Old Glory. All on the one lamppost

  22. I don’t understand this part of ballymena. It’s got a lot there but it seems so rundown. Do you know how many places are crying out for playing courts and sports areas? They have a community center and they’re walking distance to a supermarket or even the rest of the town.

Do they really not care about their community past putting up flags? I’ve been to underfunded tiny villages that have more care put into them. It’s a shame whenever I drive through it.

  23. Rotten bastards. Saw a parachute regiment flag last week outside Derry too.
