I’ve been there a few times, it is absolutely amazing, the ruins are extensive and located in a beautiful valley, the walk through the ruins and then following the river down into the sculptured gardens of the old Studley Park are just perfect, such a great day out.
They filmed some of 28 years later there.
Fabulous place. We used to live nearby in Harrogate and it was a place we loved to frequent when the kids were young. We’d wander all over the park with the dog.
