To be clear and apologies that I am serious: they still have a value of around 65 million but NL is donating them to Romania in exchange for Romania to guarantee for at least 8 years to train Ukrainian pilots (as Ukraine has F16 itself, 24 of which they got for free from NL as well).
Fyi they will be used to train Ukrainian pilots in the training centre in Romania
