  1. He is straight-up asleep.

    But something… something… sleepy joe. 🙄

  2. Obesity is the cause of a lot of the nations health problems. Which is why it’s absolutely bonkers the head of HHS is recommending diets high in saturated fats and red meat. But Dr. Oz knows this.

  3. We’re going to present this press conference in a hushed whisper so we don’t wake the president.

  4. They’re going to clip this one for the documentaries. It’s a real life caricature holy shit.

  5. I guess a silver lining, if its possible, to people like this, is that they’re seemingly incapable of not looking and saying increasingly ridiculous shit.

Its got to help wake a few people up, at least.

  6. It’s going to be like Weekend at Bernies, I can feel it.

  7. Fuck this guy in particular. My father ran marathons, carefully chose what he ate and managed his prediabetic symptoms for 40 years. He was always lean and I still lost him to dementia so this guy can fuck himself into next century for all I fucking care. I’m so angry at the ridiculous medical correlations these morons are putting together with zero scientific research. If a doctor told my dad something he needed to change he did it immediately. And I would still give anything to have another week with him so fuck this guy, and if I ever see him I swear to god I will provide him with more research.

  8. Not just slumped over but with right side of mouth drooping down again, likely signifying either Bell’s Palsy or stroke.

  9. Was he actually asleep or was the screencap mid-blink?

  10. “He’s working 20 hours a day, give home a break! “

  11. Linking obesity to diseases is such a medical cop-out. So many people are obese that you could link many, many things to obesity. It drives me crazy because thin and “fit” people get dementia, alzheimer’s, heart disease, liver disease, T2diabetes, etc. all kinds of things that when you look them up are labeled as being associated with obesity. Further, it can lead to bias where people aren’t diagnosed properly because these symptomatic correlations get treated as if they are the causes of illness.
