Donald Trump (79): “This is fake news. I know statistics. I have the best statistics. Actually, I invented statistics. I builded the greatest economy on earth. I did it twice. One year ago, everyone complained, our country is dead. We have been a laughing stock. Now we are the hottest country anywhere in the world. Stock market is at an all time high. Unemployment is way down below zero. Inflation is way down below zero. Actually, we cutted prices like never before. We cutted beef, drug, egg, gas, grocery, house, potato prices. We cutted them all. We cutted them big. Not by 30 or 40 percent. Which would have been great. Not by 50 or 60. No, we cutted them by 1,000, 600, 500, 1,500 percent. Tremendous, tremendous numbers. Record numbers. Nobody was able to achieve that, but me. Tariffs are pouring every day more than 50 trillion dollars into our country. Our industry. I love our industry. Our industry produces 10 aircraft carriers, 100 battleships, 1,000 stealth bombers, 10,000 tanks, and 100,000 nuclear warheads a day. We are winning big. We are winning like never before.
