*Heavy breathing*
posted something earlier about how All In debuted with a 0% Rotten Tomatoes score, so I thought it’s nice that now there’s news that Vince Gilligan’s Pluribus has debuted with a 100% Rotten Tomatoes score.
From article:
[***Pluribus***](https://screenrant.com/db/tv-show/pluribus/), Apple TV’s new science fiction drama series, receives a perfect Rotten Tomatoes score. The show was created by Vince Gilligan and stars [Rhea Seehorn (Carol Sturka)](https://screenrant.com/pluribus-cast-character-guide/), Karolina Wydra (Zosia), Carlos Manuel Vesga (Manousos), and Miriam Shor (Helen).
Currently sitting at a 100% score (at the time of this article’s publication), [*Pluribus* received glowing reviews](https://screenrant.com/apple-tv-pluribus-future-after-season-2-vince-gilligan/) on the popular website*.* Critics praised Gilligan’s vision, storytelling, and ability to leave his comfort zone. Many also commended Seehorn’s strong performance as well as the rest of the cast’s onscreen chemistry. Some reviewers have already deemed it the best show of the year.
The science fiction drama, like many of the showrunner’s series, is set in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and revolves around a mysterious virus that makes everyone affected by it perfectly happy with their lives and the world. Seehorn’s character, Carol, is seemingly the only person who is immune to the strange infectious disease and remains pessimistic. *Pluribus’* logline reads, “The most miserable person on Earth must save the world from happiness.”
First episode was pretty great. Looking forward to seeing where they go with the concept
Damn Apple is just killing it with scifi, unlike whatever the f*ck the other streaming platforms are doing with their fantasy stuff
It’s Vince Gilligan. I’ll watch whatever he creates. He’s a genius.
It is indeed one of the best shows of the last few years. This convinced me that Apple TV surpassed HBO as the reigning prestige network as of right now, Pluribus was masterful.
Great news. Can’t wait to watch it.
Huh, another instance of using old tomatoes to make a show or movie’s music, I guess it must be working out despite how odd it seems. Just assumed instruments would be easier but whatever works I suppose.
Yeah, it seems zombie movies are as evergreen as vampire movies (and series).
Wasn’t convinced by the first episode, it will take me some time (or if”s) to see the second one.
And is that main actress an attemptive Rebecca Ferguson?
Just saw the first episode – hopefully Rhea Seehorn gets her long overdue Emmy now!
Oh good, I had just added this one to my list, it looks fantastic.
Can someone tell me what’s it about?
