This is an abridged transcript.

New Yorkers will soon be able to beat traffic while commuting to the suburbs, as Joby Aviation (JOBY) is set to roll out 12-minute helicopter flights connecting Manhattan and Westchester County Airport.

Joby’s (JOBY) unit Blade Urban Air Mobility will launch a preview of the service on Black Friday (Nov. 28), with daily weekday flights starting Dec. 1.

“With the return of five-day work weeks and traffic between the Greater New York City Suburbs and Manhattan now exceeding pre-pandemic levels, it was time for Blade to service this demand,” said Blade CEO Rob Wiesenthal.

The commuter flight service will serve residents of NYC suburbs, including Greenwich, Scarsdale, Rye and Bedford, shortening rush hour commutes from over an hour and a half to 12 minutes.

The service will operate morning and evening flights, with seats from $125 per passenger with a Blade Commuter Pass to $225. The pass costs $250 a week, $1,000 a month, or $10,000 a year.

Blade will transition from helicopters to Joby’s (JOBY) quiet, zero-emission aircraft once the Federal Aviation Administration certifies its electric air taxi.

The U.S. government has informed federal agencies that it will not allow Nvidia (NVDA) to sell its latest scaled-down AI chip to China.

Two employees told The Information that Nvidia (NVDA) is working on modifying the chip’s design, hoping that the U.S. government will reconsider its position.

The company provided samples to its customers of the B30A chip, which was developed for China.

Reuters reported in August that the B30A is based on Nvidia’s (NVDA) Blackwell architecture and is said to be more powerful than the H20 model.

Tesla (TSLA) shareholders voted in favor of a $1 trillion compensation package for its CEO.

75% voted in favor of giving Elon Musk the unprecedented pay package.

The vote was confirmed at Thursday’s shareholder meeting.

To achieve the full payout, Musk must deliver on targets to significantly expand Tesla’s market value, revive the car business and build its robotaxi and robotics business.

Tesla (TSLA) is up 1.5% in premarket action.
