Münster Bier… I don’t even know about it. Google says Münster Brauerei was closed in 2002 and moved to Memmingem (ca 50km south from Ulm)… Nowdays Ulm is presented by Golden Ochsen
Dinkelacker is a nice find. They also make Frankenbräu and Wulle.
Bärenbräu is pretty popular with collectors, I believe. Though the brewery does not exist any longer.
Hanna Bräu got “revived” in 2020. Not a fan of revivals of old IPs, but they seem to try making something original, so the judgement is still out.
Pflugbräu has a history dating back to 1632. They stuck around till 1995. The brewery building is still there. It is a restaurant and event space nowadays.
Ulmer Münster Bier got bought up by Gold Ochsen 20 years ago. They sold a special edition with the Münster Bier logo last year. Not a fan of the design they used. The original IP was… less fancy. Seeing the logo on a champagne bottle kinda feels wrong.
Not sure if any of them have much monetary value, but they are definitely good picks with lots of interrestening history to discover.
