WASHINGTON, D.C. — Representatives from the Redding Rancheria Tribal Government met Vice President JD Vance at the Native American Coalition for Economic Prosperity event.
The event took place on Friday morning at the White House in Washington D.C. Vice President JD Vance was joined by the California delegation and Chairman Marshall Pierite of the Tunica Biloxi Tribe of Louisiana. Chairman Pierite is the one who formed the coalition which now includes around 30 tribes to work together for economic growth and stronger futures.

The Redding Rancheria spoke on attending the event saying,
“We were proud to take part in the third convening of the government to government roundtable, continuing important conversations for our tribal communities.”
