Update: the beer has been opened. It is indeed a brew of the gods, the best I’ve ever had. I listened to your tips about temperature and cheese (I’m trying to hide the fact I don’t have an appropriate glass, I’m sorry, just roll with it)

7. Basic rule I apply for the glass: look up the right glass and pick the one in your possession that most closely resembles the shape. Or use a general beer tasting glass you got somewhere (beer festival or something like that).
