  2. If you are not able to buy a ticket before boarding then you shouldn’t be penalised. You should be able to buy a ticket on board or at destination

  4. Call them out on whatever social media they have presence on. That’s ridiculous, then to be scamming fines from people

  5. £3.70 for a day ticket in a city as small as Belfast where the glider doesn’t even serve two third of it.

    In Sofia the Metro works out at 80p for the day and the city is massive.

  7. Don’t know if they’re the same machines as the glider ones, but I’ve had the same experience using the new touch screen machines they’ve put in various train stations. Only one of the three in my local station actually works right. Been like this since they introduced them months ago.

  10. The machine was broken once for me and they just said to get on and not worry paying.

  11. They should be like the atm with side buttons. My one has been burnt so i couldnt touch the pay button.
