Mechelen is definitely an underrated city. I always recommend international visitors to go check it out. Same with Tournai.

Sois disant format de plaque uniformisée pour répondre à une directive européenne. Mais une exception est faite pour ces gros nuls prets à payer 1.000€ pour avoir leur plaque personnelle.
A un moment, le prix était de 2.000 mais comme plus assez de gens le faisaient, le gouvernement belge a ramené à 1.000€.
