Do you have Wait, you got my clothes? We didn’t think anyone was home. That’s even worse. I am naked in my house, in my own privacy, and you came and opened the door. We understand that. We apologize. I’m calling the police. Esther, do you have the door? Let me call the police. They’re just carrying my house

  1. I had this happen once. A old slumlord I rented from didn’t tell me that her building was infested with bedbugs And she when all this was discovered she was on fucking Barcelona! AND her so called maintenance guy went into my apt and I had a small Pomeranian and the guy went in without permission and my dog nip him in his hand. Did not even draw blood and I had to keep my dog inside for a week! only bring him out when he had to go to the bathroom! Thank god I kept all sorts of documentation cause eventually we went to court and I won against her! Doesn’t happen when people go to court against landlords But cause i kept everything even took pics! lol

  2. "Can we come in" after they have already seen you naked, broken lease, made you lose any since of security, safety or rights. My heart breaks for you. I hope the police arrested them and did NOT treat this as some "MISUNDERSTANDING" I hope you are strong enough to laugh all the way to the bank..it would be the only thing to laugh over. Sorry that happened to you.

  3. First off, you're probably not getting the whole story. It is federal law that they must call and notify you in some way written or in person or a telephone call. Second, if they knock on the door and you do not answer. They have every right to enter your premises to do an inspection. As it is their rental property. And lastly, she should have answered the door because they have to knock.

  4. Can we come in ? and there already in…
Calling it a Inspektion…. In another laquage.. if You don't tell it is because scare of gas and not bringing the Police
it is just another word for..we are looking is there anything to steal laiter,. calling it a Inspektion dosent help.

  5. They more than likely gave her ample notification they were coming for the inspection. I have had tenants pull this before when they were given well over 24 hours notice of the inspection.

  6. that’s the problem with apartment living. my daughter said that she’s always getting g calls from the office that someone needs to do maintenance in her apartment. be careful everyone

  7. Doesn't this violate the "right of quiet enjoyment" clause found in leases. I'm under the impression that unless there is a notice (at least twenty-four hours), a management-scheduled arrival (exterminator, electrician, etc.) or an emergency, neither Management nor maintenance can just enter your apartment. In my building, even a request for maintenance service cannot be submitted through the tenant portal unless you answer yes to the question of whether maintenance can enter your apartment. Many apartment lay-outs have the bathroom/corridor sharing a common wall. This would mean that one can hear your shower water running. Imagine someone waiting. The "right to . . ." is for the tenant and maintenance's protection. Add a lock.

  8. Need context. If they’re doing fire sprinkler inspections or something, and she was notified by email, if she lives at an apartment complex, then it’s not illegal, it’s ppl working. Idk if that’s the case, need context.

  9. Required to give advance notice to conduct a repair or inspection. There are exceptions but there must be an emergency. Again, a partial video!
