Government Refusing to Release Documents Related to Meeting Between Boris Johnson & Cambridge Analytica

  1. I want to see these documents on this Russian funded Steve Bannon affiliated dodgy group more than anything!

  2. If anyone hasnt seen the C4 documentary about CA, you really should. It should be mandatory viewing to understand the world we live in now and maybe gain some empathy for the folk who have been brainwashed.
One line always comes back to me from the young whistle blower “weapons grade psi-ops used on a the population”. Terrifying.

  3. What a surprise.

CA is a wonderful case study – everyone should know about their methods. It was clever and effective.

  4. Targeted social media campaigns didn’t create most of the bigotry we see today – it simply emboldened more of those individuals to speak out by making them feel less isolated in believing their ideals.

The UK, as well as most “Liberal” Western countries, have always been full of people who feel a seething hatred for the “other”.

This explosion in bad faith information sharing was always going to be the end result of an unregulated Internet and social media.

The only way forward is much stricter regulations on what is allowed to be posted online.

There needs to be real consequences to individuals who are found to spread hate in any public setting.

Retired people are the worst culprits, because they know there are no financial implications for anything they do online.

You can be fired and lose your income for being a racist, but nobody can take your pension away.

It gives older people free license to spread hate, which is why Boomers can be such openly hateful people.

  5. I’m surprised there’s anything left. CA destroyed the HDDs the moment they were tipped off about being raided by the Police.

  6. Maybe Boris should read those documents? They might help him remember! He stood up in parliament and claimed that he “didnt know” what was discussed at that meeting.

Either a blatant lie to parliament, or extreme amnesia—either should automatically disqualify him from being an MP, never mind the PM.
