Trump’s clean energy cuts hobble solar and wind build-out. Trump’s so-called One Big Beautiful Bill will shrink the build-out of new clean power capacity by 53-59 per cent from 2025 to 2035. Trump’s trade war is also affecting some developers’ ability to build.

1. Eventually these foolish moves will bring pain. In the future it will be easy to see this was wrong. China and maybe even Europe will be thankful though.
