The Minister of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform received Dr. Salim bin Mohamed Al-Malik, Director General of the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO), at the Ministry’s headquarters in Rabat.
The meeting focused on strengthening cooperation and exchange of expertise between Morocco and ICESCO in the fields of artificial intelligence (AI), digital transformation, and the training and development of digital skills. Both parties discussed joint initiatives aimed at fostering innovation, building capacity in digital careers, and supporting inclusive access to digital technologies.
The discussions also underscored the importance of developing collaborative projects to promote digital culture across the Islamic world, while reinforcing Morocco’s position as a regional hub for sustainable digital innovation and transformation.
