We are less than a month away from the big day of the 23rd Junior Eurovision Song Contest, and the last countries are releasing their entries. Yesterday, it was Croatia’s turn, with Marino Vrgoč sharing this year’s song, entitled “Snovi.” The song was released on HTV 1’s Kod nas doma program and on the official Junior Eurovision YouTube channel.
Who is Marino Vrgoč?
Marino Vrgoč will represent Croatia in the country’s first participation in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest since 2014. Marino is 10 years old and comes from Ploče, a small town on the Dalmatian coast. He is a member of his school choir and theater group, and is learning piano at music school. He would like to become a doctor when he grows up because he enjoys helping people.
With his powerful voice, Marino won the first season of “The Voice Kids Hrvatska” in February 2025, performing the songs “Ako me ostaviš” by Mišo Kovač and “The Great Pretender” by The Platters. He was thus selected to represent Croatia in the upcoming Junior Eurovision contest.
