You’ve got the average state spends 5% of its Medicaid roughly on emergency services. California 35 to 40%. Why would that be? Because California passed a state law that says we will fund Medicaid for illegals and then oh by the way we’ll raise our provider taxes and then oh no by the way we’ll use that as a match to draw down federal funds and they’re using this whole cavitation process an accounting trick to put it on the taxpayer money is funible and California’s loophole is abusable.

All you Republicans purport to be good Christians. but Jesus said, feed the poor, heal the sick. House the homeless, take in the foreigner and treat them as your own. Are those moral values not in the Trump Bible? If it cost me a few dollars more to support those values that Jesus said, so be it. You people are evil hypocrites.   3. Well even if thats true, CA isn't the norm by his own admission. If the average for emergency medical care given to immigrants is just 5%, then like she said THATS NOT THE ISSUE THAT YOU REPUBLICANS ARE SAYING IS THE REASON FOR THE MEDICARE AMD MEDICAID CHALLENGE!!! STOP IT!!

  4. California should claim states rights. If California (a donor state) wants to have illegals, they should be allowed to since they already fund the rest of the country. Now with that, California should also KEEP all the taxes paid by immigrants to help offset the costs.
    And the rest of the country should just shut up about it. California feeds all the welfare states, since they pay more, they should get more

  9. All I know is, I’m on the hook for $14k because my wife and I had a baby. I live in So Cal, and I see people who can’t even speak English popping out 7,8,9 kids… there is no way in hell they can afford that.

  14. People love to complain about undocumented immigrants, but forget they do pay taxes, sales, payroll, and property without getting most of the benefits. If you hate them so much, then be fair and refund every dollar they’ve paid before sending them back. Funny how people living in welfare states who take more than they give still think they have the moral high ground.
