New Mexico has become the first U.S. state to offer free, universal child care, removing income limits, waiving copays, and providing families with an average savings of $12,000 per child. All families now have access to no-cost child care regardless of income.

That’s huge!
Thank god at least one state is standing up for the people
Maybe rump will use the courts to try and take it away just like snap
Great news . So nice to see
In before anyone says (& they will), “nothing’s free, its more taxes.” Nope, the money is coming from the revenues of oil & gas. NM has the most oilwells after texas.
Trump will take it to court, in about two weeks the SJC, using the shadow docket, will say you can’t do that.
I am glad we have something to feel good about 😁
They’re getting their nannies from old Mexico.

What is Trump going to take away from New Mexico now. Helping people is clearly against his principals.
I wish Illinois would do this. We don’t have oil but we have the oil refineries and coal and weed! There is no reason we should have to pay for childcare when we have the funds
