New Mexico has become the first U.S. state to offer free, universal child care, removing income limits, waiving copays, and providing families with an average savings of $12,000 per child. All families now have access to no-cost child care regardless of income.

4. Trump will take it to court, in about two weeks the SJC, using the shadow docket, will say you can’t do that.

8. I wish Illinois would do this. We don’t have oil but we have the oil refineries and coal and weed! There is no reason we should have to pay for childcare when we have the funds
