Let’s face it, so many people have had their snouts in the trough during the pandemic that Boris was bound to stand next to one of them at some point.

To be fair, if he can’t be seen with anyone who was involved in covid fraud, he would have to retire to a desert island.
Can anybody explain what the fuck this means please?;

So; was there a crime or wasn’t there? And if there was (and the “recording” of a crime suggests there was), why is no more action being taken? As somebody like millions of us out there being hit by higher tax and NICs to pay for these fucking support schemes, why the fuck is this guy not in court?
If he hasn’t done anything wrong, why is the Mirror strongly implying he has?
Article is all over the place and needs to establish what the hell happened before it starts slinging sub-beergate mud. Thought these guys were meant to be journalists and thought we, as the progressive left, are meant to be better than the Nadine Dorries of this world?
Pretty shortsighted for that chap to be seen next to such a disgusting crook.
Surely the bigger issue is that a Councillor has been accused of fraud but the police aren’t bothering to investigate?
This isn’t good for anybody. The councillor is getting his name blackened in the national press for being “linked” to fraud, when he might be totally innocent, while the good people of North Tyneside are being represented by someone whose honesty has been questioned. They both deserve better.
Fraud by someone in public office is a pretty big deal. The police really should investigate and resolve it one way or the other.

It would actually be a headline if it said borris seen with a conservative not linked to fraud..
