If it’s initiated and actively pushed by state then it can be propaganda. If it’s initiated and pushed by people then it isn’t propaganda. No state has ever initiated and actively pushed LGBTQ+.
Who wants to live in that shithole anyway?
Propaganda when human rights. Sure there certain limits, like some parades are not suitable for kids etc. Although that is clearly not what the lawmakers had in mind here.
What about manufactured machismo from losers so intimidated by people that give the the ‘icks’ that they waste government dollars in a [prick waving dick fight](https://youtu.be/5qqARrbi1h8?si=ukLaEmJoLGSBLG6h&t=238) with imaginary foes? Last time I checked it’s infinitely more ‘manly’ to take a blow without reacting than it is to attempt to scare away potential rivals (instead of actually fighting them) by pea-cocking around.
