  1. I don’t really see how this is a story.

    No matter how big your ego as a manager or how egregious the allegation, you cannot fire people on the spot, particularly if they have 2 years service.

    You MUST conduct an investigation and a full disciplinary process including an appeal. Every, single, time.

    If you don’t, this is what happens.

    Sounds like two separate horrors here that unfortunately benefitted the nasty woman. She’s obviously a piece of work.. but the company also fucked up by not following the correct dismissal procedures and – like it or not – that’s also a big ‘no no’.

    I am Polish. Two points from me.

    1. It is not OK to say that in Poland.

    2. You are not in Poland.

    Anyway, it’s a daily mail article, I would take it with a grain of salt.
