Curious on where you got the description, the videos poster never mentions a jet being downed only an attack on the city and most commenters refer to it as phosphorous which it does look like.

Doesnt look like a jet wreckage. Jets generally stay mostly intact after destruction and fall with momentum. This looks like a missile or drone detonated by AAA or SAM fire above the city and the flaming debris is falling.

I’m more inclined to believe that it was a flamingo but I guess we’ll have to wait and see.
