Why did you single out the French when it’s an almost global sentiment?
I think offloading NI would be seen as a win for most English people
Not just the French, but the Scottish, Spanish and Germans too,…
… thinking about it now, I’m pretty sure all of Europe also hates them to some extent.
I know this sub likes to think the English are sat watching Ireland with our beady eyes, rubbing our hands together while keeping NI in captivity, in reality most of us don’t give a fuck. The main thing is while NI wants to remain part of the UK, they can do so. As soon as they vote to unify, we wont exactly be sobbing from across the Irish sea.
After having lived in France I can tell you that they do not give a single fuck about Irish reunification.
I’m French who lived in Ireland for years and I care about the Irish reunification!
