SEOUL — South Korea and the U.S. announced on Friday that they have finalized details of an expansive trade deal their leaders agreed to at a recent meeting, signaling a potential end to lingering uncertainties in the allies’ relationship, which has been rocked by President Donald Trump’s tariff and investment demands.
