I genuinely think short of some kind of medical issue preventing it if you have essentially unlimited money and way more free time than the average person you don’t really have an excuse to be fat, you can hire a nutritionist, chef, trainer, you can have a gym at your house, etc, you can have literally everything done for you other than just doing the exercise for an hour a day and you just choose not to
