St Johns Church is a Grade II Listed Building located in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. The church suffered some embarrassment in September 1866 when the incumbent, Rev. J.T. Brameld, eloped with a young lady called Paulson, and was thought to have emigrated to Australia. Ooh Matron! How very dare you,

    But man, us Brits were bloody good at building cool-arse churches.

    You can go to almost any rural village, and find a beautiful 600+ y/o church like this one. I love it.
