I don’t blame the driver for this. I do blame companies that try to rush people doing safety-critical work like delivery driving. It’s too easy to forget that these overworked and underpaid people are also driving heavy vehicles around.
It’s 2022 ffs, why do these drivers still have to drive around without automated handbrakes on their vehicles?
This was just bound to happen.
Automated handbrakes should become mandatory for delivery vans.
