  1. So last time I was in sweden (I am danish) I brought these home from ICA Maxi in Helsingborg.
But now I am a bit unsure how to eat them? Do I slice them and eat them cold like lökkorv? Or do they need to be cooked first?

  2. The one to the left I would have on a sandwich in slices.

The 2 on the right I would bbq and eat with a bun and whatever u like on top of it. Like ketchup musterd so on

  3. Start by opening the packages. Then slice them into smaller pieces, put them in your mouth, and chew them. Lastly, swallow.

Don’t forget to tie your shoelaces. Good luck.

  4. For the left one, the saying is buy two so you can eat one.

  5. Heberleins is one of the best meat shops in Southern Sweden. Both of those sausages are delicious – highly recommended. Didn’t know they sold their stuff at ICA too.

  6. The ones to the right look like the kind you eat as it is. The big one is sliced and eaten on sandwiches.

  7. Rackebajsare:
Open up the package and let it air dry until it’s almost black. Then slice it up in thiiiiiiin slices and enjoy with a beer.

You can also cube it and make a nice pasta sauce with it.

  8. Slice, and then Dice them. Add them to Macaroni and add Ketchup. Just like my wife and son do.

  9. How to eat those…?
I understand that for some people it might be a challenge to understand witch body orfice those goes into I order to consume them.

I guess you just have to experiment some to figure that out.
You’ll get there. I have big hopes for you.

  10. Man tar bort plasten och tar bort annat skit som kan tas bort runt korven och sen stoppar du den i munnen och tuggar.

  11. The rackebajsare has to be eaten during the rackebajsarfestiveties
