  1. According to reports, France will provide *Rafale fighter jets, SAMP/T air defense systems, and additional defense equipment* to reinforce Ukraine’s ability to defend its skies and expand its long-term military capacity.

    France need contract for sell her weapons and show that she is not afraid of Russia

  6. Wise for Ukraine. Sweden and France, the two European powers willing to provide Gen 4.5 jets, in competition. And the two European powers who have a relatively independent military industrial complex.

  7. Wonder if this means the 150 Jas Gripen declaration of intent will fall flat. Perhaps that declaration of intent is what forced Macrons hand in giving them Rafale, so perhaps later they can sell Rafale to Ukraine.

    Ukraine needs The EuroFighter as they are fighting for Europe!

    So many meteor missiles been slug in RU pilots way and the only warning they get is in the terminal phase when it’s to late to react as you hear it then boom!

    Oh I just seen the SAMP/T is also being sent! very good medium range AD system made by France & Italy if I’m not mistaken.

    One of the best medium range moveable AD Systems! Up there with NASAM’s & IRS-T , This is Huge also as it will save so make Ukrainian families Sleeping in their bed!

  16. France is craving for more expertise on drone warfare, which they’ll get from Ukrainian experts, no doubt. As for the Rafales, time will tell, the sooner the better.

  22. France is eating Russian lunch like there is no tomorrow.

    Once they have turned around, they keep on executing. Administrative “chaos” does not matter, as strategy and goals are clear – grow arms trade market share while pushing Russia out.
