Excluding the pedestrian crossing, what is this road feature called, and what are rules for drivers?

1. I’m specifically referring to the keep left and keep right signs that protrude into the road. I’ve come across several of these and I can’t find any information online about how they should be navigated (what are the right-of-way rules)

2. Where are these? I don’t think I have ever seen them anywhere.

5. I believe in english this would be called “a form of traffic calming”. Alternative to speedbump.

7. It literally forces two cars to get into the middle of the road with no clear way of telling who has a right of way.

8. Suppose to slow cars down but since everyone in Poland is a racing driver and drives F1 car it’s just pathetic chicane 😅

10. I’m Polish and I’ve never seen this sign protruding out of curb like that. Weird. But surely a traffic calming measure.
