You didn’t just get your original certificate/diploma back – you got it with some added sarcasm.
Basically they are telling you to never send your original diploma anywhere – you won’t get another copy should something happen to the first one.

That is almost same handwriting as my doctor has. It says “Hei. Olit lähettänyt meille alkuperäisen päästötodistuksesi. – Lienee parasta, että säilytät sen itselläsi.” Especially the Ä-letters were bad.

I’m a Finn, I could only make out the first 5 words. “Hello, you had sent the older one..”
What’s with the complaints about the handwriting? I think it’s easy enough to read.
