“Increase defense and security cooperation” is a bit ambiguous still but it’s good he’s made a stament in their support.
Edit: sorry downvoters but it literally is. EU article 42.7 also doesn’t specify aid and support for an attacked member state have to be full on military intervention either. I didn’t say France is doing anything wrong it’s just the truth until something more explicit is said (or I can see something more explicit than what’s in that Elysee statement).
how bout a forward presence to prove it

disappointed France isnt doing more for Ukraine, i figured they would be eager considering rus wagner mercs pushed them out of Mali
