  1. Lawyer Greg Kirakosian, who represents the boy and his family, told KTLA that the 17-year-old was driving home after dropping a friend off down the street when he saw the suspect, identified by investigators as Gerardo Rodriguez, pointing a gun at his vehicle, demanding he pull over.

    If only there was a way to easily identify who is a federal agent and who isn’t.

    Whether this guy is really an ICE agent or not, this is the fucking problem with the way ICE has been allowed to operate.

  18. A lesson to ICE agents: that’s how DHS is gonna play this. If you are caught by actual law enforcement, you are no longer an ICE agent. They won’t defend you

  32. Incredible that this is happening so often I had to check if this was the very similar incident in Santa Ana in the last few weeks.
