Hello, I’ve a job offer in Poland, Warsaw, but I’m lookibg firstly to investigate the current cost of living and all that.
This is the site I’ve googled for grocery prices: https://www.numbeo.com/cost-of-living/in/Warsaw
Where it states for instance that a liter or gallon of milk costs 3 pln.
Has there been any price hike for current groceries? In my own country, there have been, due to the whole Russia thing.
Additionally, could anyone point out to me what the average cost of apartments in Warshaw are? Cheap ones, or one room plus bathroom apartments?
Thank you all for your input and help.

Well that table looks pretty accurate to me (on grocery side, have no idea how much VW golf costs lol). The rent is different depending on the location, but the 1 room apartment 5 bus stops from the center will cost 3k Zl or something around that. But utilities will add up to 400zl extra.
Edit: scratch 3k, the medium is something like 2600
This numbeo page was usually pretty up-to-date. However, you can find precise inflation values on the main statistical office website. Couldnt find a database with average prices there, only inflation change. https://stat.gov.pl/obszary-tematyczne/ceny-handel/wskazniki-cen/wskazniki-cen-towarow-i-uslug-konsumpcyjnych-w-marcu-2022-roku,2,125.html
