Prince Harry and Meghan Markle stunned the globe in 2020 when they announced they would be trading their Royal duties for a new life abroad.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who had been wed for fewer than two years when they made this momentous choice, abandoned the UK and established their residence in Montecito, California.

While this transition may have been jarring for Harry, it presumably felt much more natural to Meghan, who was born and brought up in America and was already accustomed to the celebrity world. Consequently, Harry undoubtedly depended on his spouse to show him the ropes as they adjusted to their new life in this glamorous neighborhood.

Nevertheless, despite Harry and Meghan’s claims of contentment in California, an acquaintance of Harry’s deceased mother, Diana, has slammed Meghan’s career pursuits in America and delivered a harsh six-word assessment of Harry.

Speaking to The New York Times, former Tatler and Vanity Fair editor Tina Brown declared, “Harry is not the brightest bulb.”

Meghan has embarked on numerous ventures since returning to America, including launching her own lifestyle brand and Netflix show. Prince Harry, on the other hand, has maintained a lower profile.

The Duke seems to have concentrated more on charitable endeavors and interests, only occasionally stepping into the spotlight alongside his wife.

This summer, the couple inked a new “multi-year, first-look deal for film and television projects” with Netflix. The couple’s agreement with the streaming platform guarantees Netflix the first dibs at any of their upcoming projects.

Expressing excitement for the new partnership, she wrote, “We’re proud to extend our partnership with Netflix and expand our work together to include the As Ever brand.

“My husband and I feel inspired by our partners, who work closely with us and our Archewell Productions team to create thoughtful content across genres that resonates globally and celebrates our shared vision.”
