Sweden will increase its contribution to Ukraine’s Green Recovery Fund by 23 million euros.

According to Ukrinform’s correspondent, this was announced during a visit to Canada by Sweden’s Deputy Prime Minister Ebba Busch.

According to Busch, since February 2022 Sweden has already provided Ukraine with assistance in various forms totaling around 10 billion euros.

According to Ukrinform, the prime ministers of Canada and Sweden, in a joint statement, said their countries would continue to support Ukraine on its steadfast path toward NATO.

Emphasizing the partners’ efforts, the sides stressed their long-term support for Ukraine’s Euro-Atlantic goals and shared priorities for reconstruction and energy security.
