    Working with European intelligence, Israel helped foil planned attacks on Israeli and Jewish targets, leading to arrests and the discovery of hidden weapons caches, including guns and explosives found in Austria linked to a senior Hamas official’s son.

    Hamas leadership in Qatar and operatives in Turkey were involved in directing the plots.

    Since October 7, Hamas has tried to set up sleeper cells abroad, and the Mossad says it is currently disrupting many planned attacks worldwide.
