Wait so my DD went up in April, are we saying that wasn’t meant to happen?
They’ve been trying this for years. I’ve had my DD increased almost twice a year for the last 3 years at least by far too much despite my account being in credit. Repeatedly they tried to charge me per month what I’m now paying after the crisis hike.
Scamming bastards just trying to sneak an inflated value.
I currently pay £94 a month DD for dual fuel.
Looking at the tariffs I can change to (my current one ends next month), they’re quoting me £304 a month.
That is fucking mental and they will not be getting it.
