1. You get these in Cardiff booking it down pedestrianised streets like Queen St and the Hayes.

   Usually silent, wearing no reflective clothes and no lights. It’s potentially lethal.

4. Sloppy reporting. Its a motorcycle, powered by electric motor and battery.

5. Cowardly and criminal for the bike rider to run away but I hope when he’s caught there’s some mitigation for the fact he couldn’t have done much different when the pedestrian crossed without looking from behind a parked car.

8. I know it has been said before

   but that is a motorbike which happens to be powered by an electric motor

   but still a motorbike

   and almost certainly the rider is unlicensed and uninsured

   and the bike is not registered and has no MOT and was not displaying number plates

   let alone has lights indicators and all that

9. The complete lack of acknowledgement from the bike rider is really quite disturbing. How many gobshite psychos are there with zero concern like this?
