PADUCAH — Paducah Police Department is asking for public help identifying a person officers say is responsible for burglarizing a downtown business last week.
According to the police department, officers responded Wednesday, Nov. 19, for a report of a burglary at a business in the 400 block of Broadway Street in Paducah. Officer Steven Leady learned that around 11:19 p.m. last Wednesday, Nov. 12, an unidentified white man broke a rear window, entered the business, and stole about $3,900 worth of tools.
Damage to the windows is estimated at $400, Paducah PD said.
The man was seen on security camera footage wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a printed graphic, plaid pants, and black and white shoes.
