Hato Hone St John said they responded to the incident with two ambulances, one rapid response unit and one operations manager.
Auckland Transport put out an alert that said the incident had impacted bus routes in the area.
The left turn from Gillies Ave to Epsom Ave is currently closed.
AT said detours will be in place for any of the affected bus routes.
Route 295 and School Route 512 will detour through Ranfurly Rd and Manukau Rd, with Route 321 and School Route 510 detouring through Ownes Rd and Epsom Ave.
