Professional at work.
Can an Ukrainian comment on how well this American volunteer is speaking ?
(my interest is due to me trying to learn Ukrainian)
Oh wow, impressive
op you got the source ?
Very cool to see! He knows his words, I gotta say. Pronunciation could be way better, by not making it so *american*. But he doesn’t need a lot of time to find the words, even the ‘tiho’ (quiet!) when one of the captured soldiers starts asking questions too loudly.
Even the way he explains “ja amerikanac” (I’m an American), is very calm and polite, while capturing enemy combatants. Definitely great ‘bed-manner’ and feels like this is just another day at the office for this guy.
Pretty calm and collected guy. I respect his efforts to speak the language.
At 1:31 we see one of the combatants in the dugout is still holding his rifle! Does the translation add any context here? Absolutely astonished that the cameraman didn’t just empty his mag and start chucking frags at that moment.
When he gave the POW cigarette, I thought of band of brothers….
I’ve seen tidier homeless camps.
0:26 “On your knees, please.”
Pro soldier
even gave the smokes back
Imagine that guys shock when he put the cigs back in his pocket..
He speaks Russian… in French. American in …English and Spanish in Ukrainian.
Werewolves are jealous of his beard and his blood smells like cologne. This guy is a Legend!
