Iranian regime authorities, with utmost cruelty and brutality, executed at least 59 prisoners between Saturday, November 15, and Wednesday, November 19, meaning one prisoner every two hours. On Wednesday, November 19, a number of prisoners were hanged in various cities, 14 of whom were: Mohsen Fakhraei and Nemat Shamloo in Mashhad, Nasser Haseli in Ahvaz, Akbar Zamani in Shahrekord, Yousef Ebadipour in Bushehr, Houshang Norouzi, Javad Sadeghi, and three other prisoners in Qezelhesar, Ali Asghar Izadkhah, 27, in Kerman, Fardin Khati in Behbahan, and Mohammadreza Hosseini in Ilam. On the same day, Peyman Azizi, 21, was executed in Kermanshah for the killing of a Basij member. The names of the other victims will be announced after verification.
On Tuesday, November 18, fourteen prisoners were sent to the gallows: Yadollah Kazemi, Jalil Moghanloo, and Mehrdad Alivand in Tabriz; Armin Shokri and two other prisoners in Esfarayen; Mohammadjavad Rashidi in Bojnurd; Saeed Jowkar in Birjand; Arya Saeedi and Hossein Farmani, 27, in Maragheh; Akbar Faraji and another prisoner in Isfahan; Farshid Jamyari in Qazvin; and Samad Haghverdi in Borazjan.
On Monday, November 17, Khamenei’s execution and killing machine claimed 16 more victims: Hamzeh Soltanpanah in Bukan, Mahmoud Azizi in Neyshabur, Khodakaram Mardani in Malayer, Nima Goudarzi in Dorud, Jafar Sattari and another prisoner in Taybad, Reza Kamaeizadeh, Hesam Rahimkhani, and Javad Moridan, 31, in Ahvaz, Alireza Keshavarz in Sabzevar, Alimardan Barani, a prisoner named Shamseddin and two other prisoners in Mashhad, Amir Farrokhnejad in Zanjan, and Behzad Hassani in Gorgan.
On Sunday, November 16, nine prisoners were hanged, including: Mosayyeb Khalvand in Bandar Abbas, Habib Ezzati in Sanandaj, Amin Shokrkhodaei in Arak, a prisoner in Nahavand, a female prisoner named Shokat Veisi in Damghan, Mohammad-Amin Saffari in Bukan, Yasin Esfandiari in Semnan, a prisoner with the family name Yeganeh in Bam, and Seyed Ali Hashemi in Salmas.
On Saturday, November 15, Kamyar Fathi and Sajjad Hatami in Kermanshah, Jahan Rasouli and Jaber Saki in Dezful, Yar-Morad Hasanvand in Khorramabad, and Nourmohammad Rahmati in Aligudarz were sent to the gallows.
On Friday, November 14, Zabetdin Jangjoo-Aspidareh, 35, Haji Nabizadeh, and Abdolrahman Habibi were hanged in Urmia.
On Thursday, November 13, Hassan Sadeghi Ghoushchi and Vahid Pakniakan in Urmia, and Iraj Aghaei, 30, and a female prisoner named Qomri Abbaszadeh, 29, in Sari were executed.
On Wednesday, November 12, fifteen prisoners were executed: Saber Fallah, 33, in Qom, Abbas Beigi in Yasuj, a prisoner in Qezelhesar, and Siamak Qanbari, Mojtaba Asadi, and Ahmad Navaei in Shiraz. The names of the other victims were mentioned in a previous statement.
In another crime, on Tuesday, November 18, Amir Neisi, a 27-year-old Sunni prisoner who had been imprisoned in wards 5 and 8 of Sheiban Prison in Ahvaz for the past six years, lost his life due to a delayed transfer to the hospital.
The Iranian Resistance calls on the United Nations and its relevant bodies, the European Union and its member states, and all human rights defenders to take urgent action to stop the brutal executions and save the lives of prisoners on death row. The regime of torture and execution must be ostracized from the international community.
