  1. Hope you enjoyed your stay. Beautiful pics.

    Haste ye back.

  2. Where was the second pic taken? Beautiful shots by the way!

  3. Oh gosh, I remember when there was green and blue out there… come back! And bring that weather with you!

  4. Great photos, very inspiring! Will be taking my two sons there for a ‘search out our roots’ trip, can’t wait!

  5. I’m so obsessed too!!! I’m so you made it happen, friend!

  6. Can you please tell me where the location is in each photo? And did you take a specific trail to get that view of the Glenfinnian viaduct – is it a walk from the centre? I went earlier this year but it was too late after being a Loch Ness trying to spot Nessie for a few hours! So will be heading back next year and looking to see as much as I can whilst there. Thanks so much for

  7. Congratulations!!! Someday I will fulfill that dream of knowing that country. They are beautiful images ☺️

  8. As Runrig sings – “the colours of Scotland leave you young inside “

  9. hah flicked through the pictures before opening the thread and thought “brave to be so close to that cow” – guess my gut reaction wasn’t wrong. Glad it failed tho!

  10. Thank you for sharing! I will be traveling to Scotland this summer! After seeing your pictures I may make the trip longer.

  11. Cracking weather you had. Very misleading for other tourists haha.

  12. I too have always been kind of obsessed with Scotland but haven’t made it there yet.

Made it to England and Wales but that’s as close as I got bc it was a school trip.

Beautiful photos-I would probably give a digit to be able to just live forever in #9.

  13. Is that Midhope Castle / Lallybroch? If so it’s in a much better state than last time I saw it. Maybe had some Outlander-tourist related cash spent on it.

  14. I didn’t see a single sheep. Are you sure you were in Scotland? 😉
