Krasnov still not getting his nobel peace prize, shitty krasnov…
Russians already denied so its pointless
every week there is a new final plan
Ukrain will survive against all ods
In a million years Putin and Trump would never understand a country like Ukraine, or a leader like Ukraine. Ukraine will defend to the last.
I gonna give my EU friends for being really creative when it comes to political cartoons. But drawing cartoon all day, or talking BS all day long won’t defeat Putin. Lol
Trump’s actions remind me of a quote “How many times were you pissing on a closed lid of a toilet before opening it?”.
Where is the plan from European leaders?
So the cartoon is admitting that Europe is powerless to do anything? It was the same with the other cartoon posted where puppet Trump supposedly berated poor and powerless Zelenskyy and Europe. It’s not a good look for Europe, honestly.
While the text of the US plan for Ukraine is poorly drafted and incomplete, it is not a simple call for Ukrainian capitulation. By sticking to acknowledging Russia’s de facto control of the occupied territories, it sidesteps the need for a Ukrainian constitutional referendum or even EU formal acceptance. This doesn’t preclude some peaceful future reunification, Germany-style.
Capping the Ukrainian army to 600,000 isn’t a surrender. British MOD analysts a couple of months back expressed doubts Kyiv could afford more than 500,000 long-term. That’s also just the standing army, to which there would presumably be a substantial mobilisation reserve in case of war. As many as Ukraine might like? Probably not, but the country would be by no means defenceless.
Withdrawal from the rest of Donetsk Region continues to be a tough one; making this a DMZ may make it easier to swallow, as it addresses the issue of the region being used as a sprigboard for future attacks. [](https://x.com/MarkGaleotti/status/1991765162530148854)Sanctions relief is staged, likely not complete, and Moscow must allow $100B of its frozen funds to go to Ukraine reconstruction, even though the form of reconstruction looks a little exploitative/colonial (to US gain).
The plan also acknowledges reality on the ground.[ A source close to Zelensky, as well as a former minister, said that the deal, as bad as it is, reflects grim realities. Short of a miraculous collapse in Russia, holding out longer won’t make things better. Ukraine is slowly losing ground and suffering.](https://x.com/dmarusic/status/1992218970112315553)
