Business activity in the eurozone slowed slightly in November, a closely watched survey said on Friday, after reaching a two-and-a-half-year high last month.

The HCOB Flash Eurozone purchasing managers’ index (PMI) published by S&P Global – a key gauge of the overall health of the economy – registered a figure of 52.4 this month, down from 52.5 in October.

Any reading above 50 indicates growth, while a figure below 50 shows contraction.
