Its not raw. And how it’s eaten is up to you. Some people eat it as snack to wine and crackers. Others have it on bread for breakfast.
Cut it like salami and eat it the same way.
Assuming it’s moose salami? Also congrats on the trophy husband!
It’s cured. Eat as a snack for wine and cheese. Or with beer. Or cut in small cubes and add to tomato soup just before serving. Or on bread for breakfast. Or straight from package when hiking.
It’s cured. You slice it up and eat it. You can also use slices on bread.
If anybody brought me elgpølse I would also most likely marry them
Or sliced with scrambled eggs ( add chopped chive for a traditional variety) and bread for lunch/ dinner, or with cured ham and potato sallad. Lucky you.
One very traditional way to slice it and put it on flatbread with sourcream
How do you eat it? Put it in your mouth!
Personally I just eat it on toasted bread with butter and cheese.
Most commonly their served as a pick ingredient to smaller meals throughout the day or together with biscuits and alcohol drinks with friends and family.
One guy I know puts it on pizza together with spaghetti and carrots, but that’s only for lunatics who belong in a asylum tho, so that’s an example of how not to do it!
Give a review once you have tried it😅
just peel of the intestine that sourround it and chew it
It says it has blueberries, too (med blåbær). FYI. Might go well with some cheeses?
Just remove the skin and slice the sousage, and ear it with scambled egges. Add some white bread with butter to it as well. Serve with beer, and aquavite. This is partyfood.
The video is in norwegian, but you will get the point.
